- 2 lb. peppers, after cleaned and seed removed
- 2 lb. onions, after skins removed
- 2 cans lima beans
- 2 cans corn
- 1 qt. pickles, chopped fine
- 2 lb. sugar
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 3 Tbsp. mustard
- 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Chop peppers and onions fine.

2Cook them separate; drain.

3Put in kettle with next 7 ingredients.

4Bring to boil. Mix the last 3 ingredients with water to make paste.

5Pour in with other ingredients and boil 5 minutes.

6Stir because it will stick quick. Put in jars and seal.

7Makes about 10 pints.
