  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar

Directions

    Melt butter or margarine in small saucepan.

    Set aside.

    In small bowl, with rotary beater, beat egg, sugars, mustard and paprika.

    Add vinegar and beat again.
  5. 5
    Blend into cooled butter or margarine.

    Cook, stirring over low heat, just until thickened, 4 or 5 minutes.

    Cool.

    Good with cold ham or pork.
