- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in small saucepan.

2Set aside.

3In small bowl, with rotary beater, beat egg, sugars, mustard and paprika.

4Add vinegar and beat again.

5Blend into cooled butter or margarine.

6Cook, stirring over low heat, just until thickened, 4 or 5 minutes.

7Cool.
-
8Good with cold ham or pork.
