- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Directions

1In a small frying pan, melt margarine.

2Cook onion over medium heat for 7 minutes and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly, stirring until thickened.

3Add mustard and cook for 1 minute over low heat.

4Serve with fish steaks.
