  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 heaping tablespoon chopped dill (reserved from gravlax garnish)

Directions

    Without dill, sauce will keep for a week or more in refrigerator.
