- 4 lb. beef short ribs, cut into pieces
- 1/3 c. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 medium onions, sliced
Directions

1Place beef ribs in shallow, glass dish.

2Mix mustard, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic.

3Spread over beef.

4Top with onions.

5Cover and refrigerate, turning beef occasionally for 24 hours.

6Cook beef in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat until brown; drain.

7Add onions and pour marinade over beef.

8Cover and cook in 350° oven until tender, about 2 hours.
