  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 13 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 12 cup bread, crunbs
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 garlic, glove crushed
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Combind all ingreadients and mix well.

    Using a teaspoon make mini-size meatballs.

    Place all the meatballs on a cookie sheet sprayed with a non sticking spray.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minites.

    Cool and eat a few, store the rest in refrigerator for later.
