- 1/2 cups 2% Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon (Heaping) Slivered Almonds
- 2 teaspoons Ground Flax Seeds (optional)
- 1/4 whole Granny Smith Apple, Diced
- 1 whole Large Dried Fig, Diced
- Drizzle Of Honey, To Taste

1Combine oats and milk into a small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

2After soaking, combine yogurt, almonds, and flax seeds into the oat mixture. Mix. Top with apples, figs, an a drizzle of honey. Serve.
