  • 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cups 2% Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon (Heaping) Slivered Almonds
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Flax Seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 whole Granny Smith Apple, Diced
  • 1 whole Large Dried Fig, Diced
  • Drizzle Of Honey, To Taste

Directions

    Combine oats and milk into a small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

    After soaking, combine yogurt, almonds, and flax seeds into the oat mixture. Mix. Top with apples, figs, an a drizzle of honey. Serve.
