  • 1 lb bread ( strong) flour
  • 2 tsp quick yeast
  • 10 oz milk (lukewarm)
  • 2 egg yolks beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Filling
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onion, chopped , white or red
  • 4 vine or beefsteak tomatoes, about 8 oz
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 can tuna (200 gm) drained and flaked
  • 1 can pineapple (450 gm) drained and diced
  • 1 Topping
  • 1 beaten egg
