Ingredients

  • 1 can (1-3/8 lb.) cherry pie filling
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 box (1-1/8 lb.) dry cake mix, white
  • lemon
  • 1 can (3-1/2 oz.) shredded coconut
  • 1 to 2 cup chopped nuts (Macadamians are the best)
  • 1 cup melted butter

Directions

    Lightly grease a 9x13-inch glass Pyrex dish or SS pan.

    Spread ingredients in layers in order listed.

    Pat down lightly, DO NOT MIX.

    Bake in a 325F oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve hot or cold with or without wiped cream or ice cream.
