Ingredients
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 14 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon ginger, especially good with poultry (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

2Whisk together until sugar is dissolved.

3Place meat in container for marinating.

4Using a fork, pierce meat at 1/2 inch intervals.

5Pour marinade over meat.

6Let meat soak in marinade at least 30 minutes per side.

7For less tender cuts of meat, allow to marinate longer.

8I normally marinate most beef cuts 2 hours, pork or venison cuts 1 1/2 hours and poultry 1- 1 1/2 hours.

9Discard marinade after use.
