  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 packet bakers yeast granulated
  • 4 15/16 tablespoons butter
  • 1 eggs
  • 5 5/8 tablespoons sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg yolks + brown sugar to brush, only when cooked!
  • 1 1/3 cups ham
  • 2/3 pound bacon
  • 2/3 pound chorizo sausage

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Roll the pastry in a rectangle, with the rolling pin.

    Divide the pastry into three and put the sausage in the middle.

    Take one of the sides and fold over the sausages.

    Fill again with sausages and fold the other side up of this new layer.

    Carefully transfer the ball to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake for 30 minutes and remove.

    Brush the surface, when it stills warm, with the beaten yolks.
