- 9 good cooking apples
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Make crust for 9-inch double-crust pie.

2Slice apples.

3Fill crust with half of the apples and sprinkle with half the sugar, butter, cinnamon and flour.

4Use the rest of the apples and ingredients and salt.

5Put on top crust and make a few slashes in crust to let steam escape.

6Bake at 350° about 55 minutes.
