- 40 grams Unsalted butter
- 40 grams Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 10 grams Almond flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Milk
- 20 grams Sugar
- 10 grams Honey
Directions

1Coat the madeleine pan with oil.

2Melt the butter in the microwave.

3Shift together the cake flour and baking powder.

4Combine the marked ingredients together.

5Then add the almond flour and other dry ingredients.

6Add the melted butter a little by little, stirring.

7Let sit in the refrigerator for more than an hour.

8Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the 180C oven for 10~13 minutes.
