  • 2 (6 -8 ounce) bags spinach (washed)
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 (4 ounce) package blue cheese
  • 6 -8 slices bacon (crispy)
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Directions
