Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 soup cans milk
  • 1 carrot, sliced thin and boiled until tender
  • 1 small boneless pork chop, cut into small pieces and sauteed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix soup with milk.

    Saute onion, celery and pepper until tender and add to soup.

    Boil carrots until tender and add to soup. Saute pork chop and add to soup.

    Bring to simmer and serve.

    Top with Parmesan cheese and chives, if desired.

    Serves 4 generously.
