- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 soup cans milk
- 1 carrot, sliced thin and boiled until tender
- 1 small boneless pork chop, cut into small pieces and sauteed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix soup with milk.

2Saute onion, celery and pepper until tender and add to soup.

3Boil carrots until tender and add to soup. Saute pork chop and add to soup.

4Bring to simmer and serve.

5Top with Parmesan cheese and chives, if desired.
