Nacho Cheese Dip

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 2 large boxes Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small jar picante sauce (mild)
  • 1 can chili

Directions

    Fry the ground beef until just about done.

    Add onions and cook until onions are transparent.

    Drain and set aside.

    In large bowl, melt the Velveeta cheese in the microwave.

    When melted where you can stir, add the ground beef, onions, picante sauce and chili.

    Continue to heat until mixed well.

    Best if served hot with tortilla chips. If mixture becomes too thick, you can add a little milk to thin.

    This makes a large amount.
