Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 oz. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 oz. can black olives, sliced
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Spread bean dip on pizza pan.

    Peel, pit and mash avocado and mix with lemon juice, salt, pepper, sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.

    Put on top of bean dip.

    Sprinkle top with onions, tomatoes and olives.

    Cover with shredded cheese.

    May be served cold or heat in oven or microwave to melt cheese.

    Serve with nacho chips.
