  • 1/2 bag plain tortilla chips
  • 1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
  • 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes, green peppers and onions (1/3 c. of each)

Directions

    Spray a baking dish lightly with cooking spray.

    Place 1/2 bag of tortillas on bottom of pan.

    On top of tortillas, spread chili.

    On top of chili, add cheeses.

    On top of cheeses, add diced vegetables.

    Cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake approximately 25 minutes.

    Serve hot.
