  • 1 (8 oz.) bag tortilla chips
  • 4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (1 lb.)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place 1/4 of the tortilla chips on each of 2 ovensafe platters or baking sheets.

    In medium bowl, toss cheese, chilies and onion to mix.

    Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese mixture over chips on each platter.

    Top with remaining chips and cheese mixture.

    Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Serve at once.
