- 2 tablespoons cardamon ilachi that is, powder

1Pre heat the oven to 375 degree.

2In a bowl,mix all dry ingredients flour,ilachi,baking powder, sugar and semolina.

3Then allow the butter or ghee to be soft before use and rub in the flour.

4Line a tray , make small balls with the mixture and bake for 10 minutes.

5Remove and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
