  • 1 9/16 cups butter or ghee
  • 2 tablespoons cardamon ilachi that is, powder
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

    Pre heat the oven to 375 degree.

    In a bowl,mix all dry ingredients flour,ilachi,baking powder, sugar and semolina.

    Then allow the butter or ghee to be soft before use and rub in the flour.

    Line a tray , make small balls with the mixture and bake for 10 minutes.

    Remove and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
