Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans hot and spicy V8 juice (small)
  • 2 cans hot chili beans (16 oz.)
  • 1 can (16 oz.) dark red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. cooked spaghetti, cut up
  • 1/2 c. onion water

Directions

    Brown meat and drain off excess grease.

    In a blender put stewed tomatoes, onion and chili powder.

    Combine meat and blender mixture in a big cooking pot.

    Add V8 juice; fill juice cans and tomato cans with water and add to pot mixture, then add chili beans, kidney beans, spaghetti, salt and pepper.

    Cook until heated through.
