Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cans (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans hot and spicy V8 juice (small)
- 2 cans hot chili beans (16 oz.)
- 1 can (16 oz.) dark red kidney beans, drained
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cooked spaghetti, cut up
- 1/2 c. onion water
Directions

1Brown meat and drain off excess grease.

2In a blender put stewed tomatoes, onion and chili powder.

3Combine meat and blender mixture in a big cooking pot.

4Add V8 juice; fill juice cans and tomato cans with water and add to pot mixture, then add chili beans, kidney beans, spaghetti, salt and pepper.

5Cook until heated through.
