  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1.25 ounce. pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 46 ounce. can tomato juice
  • 16 ounce. pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
  • 15 ounce. can chili warm beans
  • 12 ounce. can tomato paste
  • 2 c. crushed corn chips
  • 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    In large pot, brown grnd beef; drain.

    Add in taco seasoning mix, tomato juice, vegetables, chili beans and tomato paste; mix well.

    Bring just to a boil.

    Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 to 25 min, stirring occasionally.

    Serve into bowls and top each with corn chips and cheese.
