- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 c. white cornmeal
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Melt 1 tablespoon butter in iron skillet over burner.

3Pour in batter (it will form a crust on the bottom).

4Place immediately in oven at 425°.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
