  • 3 bananas (mashed)
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup all-purpose flour
  • 34 cup whole wheat flour
  • 13 cup walnuts (chopped)

Directions

    Combine banana's, sugar and egg in bowl.

    Add butter and walnuts.

    Stir in dry ingredients.

    Fill 12 muffin papers or muffin tin 2/3 full each with batter.
