  • 1 pound of sea scallops
  • 1 jigger Grand Marnier
  • 1 jigger heavy cream
  • 1 tbls. butter
  • Bread crumbs

Directions

    Place scallops in small ovenproof dish. Cover with Grand Marnier, cream and butter.

    Top with breadcrumbs.

    Bake for ten minutes at 450.

    Serve over rice. Top with fresh chopped parsley.
