- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium Yellow Onion
- 1 can El Pato ( tomato Sauce)
- 2 tsp Caldo Con Sabor de Res (beef bouillon)
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 3 cup water
Directions

1Brown rice in olive oil till very brown but not burnt.

2Finely diced yellow onion to rice and olive oil while browning.

3Add can of tomato sauce stir till rice is stained.

4May cause you to cough.

5Mix hot water and Beef broth together and stir into rice.

6Bring to a boil while adding chopped cilantro.

7Cover and simmer till done.

8Approximately 20-25 min.
