Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion
  • 1 can El Pato ( tomato Sauce)
  • 2 tsp Caldo Con Sabor de Res (beef bouillon)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 3 cup water

Directions

    Brown rice in olive oil till very brown but not burnt.

    Finely diced yellow onion to rice and olive oil while browning.

    Add can of tomato sauce stir till rice is stained.

    May cause you to cough.

    Mix hot water and Beef broth together and stir into rice.

    Bring to a boil while adding chopped cilantro.

    Cover and simmer till done.

    Approximately 20-25 min.
