- 24 large ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. jalapeno peppers
- 4 big onions
- 5 garlic buttons
- 4 green peppers
- 1/4 c. canning salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Blanch tomatoes in hot water and peel.

2Wash peppers; peel onions and garlic.

3Dice tomatoes; chop onions, peppers and garlic.

4Mix all ingredients together and boil until thick (20 to 30 minutes).

5Put in sterilized jars and seal.

6Process in hot water bath 10 to 15 minutes.

7(Best to wear rubber gloves when handling peppers.)
