  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. white granulated sugar
  • 6 c. Kellogg's K. cereal
  • 1 1/2 c. plain or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. coconut
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate tidbits
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch tidbits

Directions

    Mix and dissolve sugar and syrup, but do not boil.

    Add peanut butter to sugar mixture; stir.

    Add cereal and coconut.

    Mix thoroughly and put in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish or large cookie sheet.

    Heat tidbits in double boiler; spread on candy.
