- 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

- 6 oz. bourbon whiskey
- 3 oz. brandy
- 3 oz. rum
Directions

1Beat 1/3 cup of sugar into egg yolks.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats spoon.

6Beat egg whites until foamy.

7Gradually add 3 tablespoons sugar, beating to soft peaks.

8Add to custard and mix thoroughly.

9Add vanilla.

10Chill 3 to 4 hours.
