Neck-Breaking Neckbones

- 2 lb Neckbones
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Directions

1Add water to a pan.

2About 1/4 full.

3Season the water with all the ingredients except the neckbones!

4Rinse the neckbones and add them to the pan.

5Pre-heat oven to 350F.

6Season the neckbones with all the seasonings and hot sauce to taste.

7Cook for about 2 and a half hours.

8Enjoy and try not to fight over the leftovers!
