Neck-Breaking Neckbones

  • 2 lb Neckbones
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Directions

    Add water to a pan.

    About 1/4 full.

    Season the water with all the ingredients except the neckbones!

    Rinse the neckbones and add them to the pan.

    Pre-heat oven to 350F.

    Season the neckbones with all the seasonings and hot sauce to taste.

    Cook for about 2 and a half hours.

    Enjoy and try not to fight over the leftovers!

    NOTE: I used chooped onion but I suggest using an actual onion.
