- 1 (6 count) package meaty pork necks
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans sauerkraut
Directions

1Cook neck bones till falling apart done.

2Drain water off, leaving about 1/2 cup.

3Pour kraut over top of meat and mix in with meat.

4Cover with good fitting lid.

5Cook on low till kraut is good and hot.

6Serve with mashed potatoes.
