- 6 Nectarine
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1/2 Lemon

1Wash the nectarines.

2Cut around the nectarine parallel to the line with a knife.

3Grab both sides with both hands and twist into halves.

4You could keep the pit to make almond jello or other desserts.

5Cut the nectarine into eighths.

6Use 10 g (or 1 tablespoon) of sugar per 1 nectarine.

7Cut the lemon in half and squeeze.

8Place the nectarines, sugar, and lemon juice into a pot.

9Turn on the heat.

10It's best to stop the heat about 5-10 minutes after it has begun to boil.

11Once cooled, peel the skins of the nectarines and chill in the refrigerator.

12Top with fruit syrup or mint!
