  • 3/4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 (1 lb.) boxes confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 lb. coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 cake paraffin wax

Directions

    Add salt to mashed potatoes.

    Place margarine in top of double boiler, over boiling water until melted.
  3. 3
    Add mashed potatoes, confectioners sugar, coconut and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Turn onto greased cookie sheet and spread evenly.

    Place in cool place to harden.

    Cut into small squares.

    Dip in Chocolate Dip Mixture.
