Ingredients
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 140 g negi or leeks
- 6 Tbsp blend of white and red miso
- 1 Tbsp and 2 tsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp Sake
- 2 tsp Grated ginger root
- 2 tsp white sesame paste or unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
Directions

1Chop the negi/leek.

2(Don't toss the green part of the leek.

3We need it.)

4Put oil in a non-stick skillet, and saute the chopped leek over low to medium heat until they're cooked.

5Combine miso, sugar, sake, grated ginger and white sesame paste.

6(If you don't like sweet tastes, reduce 2 tsp sugar. )

7Add the miso mixture to the skillet.

8Keep stirring till it gets thick.

9Add white sesame and mix.

10Remove from heat and let it cool.

11Sprinkle a little bit sesame seeds on the top.
