  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, oil and nuts with spoon.

    Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    With mixer, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 2 eggs and chopped nuts.

    Pour over cake mix.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes or until top looks like baked meringue.
