- 4 c. flour
- 1 lb. butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 pt. sour cream or evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix flour and butter like pastry; add beaten yolks and cream; work until dough is smooth.

2Roll into long rolls as for icebox box cookies.

3Chill in refrigerator for at least 24 hours (couple of days is better).

4Cut into 1/2-inch slices.

5Cut these into four pieces and roll in palm of hands into balls.

6Put on slightly floured board and roll each paper thin.

7Fill with following nut filling.
