- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 1 stick melted oleo or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. powdered sugar (3 1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.

2Mix next 4 ingredients with mixer and pour over top of first mixture in cake pan.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes until brown. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar on top.
