- 6 slices white bread
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Butter bread and cut off crusts.

2Shred cheese.

3In bottom of greased, deep casserole dish, place 3 slices of bread.

4Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese

5over.

6Repeat with 3 more slices of bread and rest of grated cheese.

7In blender, put milk, eggs, salt and dry mustard.

8Blend.

9Pour liquid over bread and cheese

10and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
