- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 8 oz. chocolate bits
- 1/4 c. Grand Marnier liqueur
Directions

1Using a blender, combine eggs, instant coffee, chocolate and liqueur.

2Bring milk to a boil.

3Pour hot milk into blender container with other ingredients; cover and mix on high speed for exactly 2 minutes.

4Pour into a Pyrex dish and chill for at least 4 hours.

5Serve topped with whipped cream if desired.
