- 3/4 c. Martha White corn meal
- 3/4 c. Martha White self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. milk (homogenized)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add egg.

3Stir in the oil and milk mixture until it is thoroughly mixed.

4Spray the bottom of skillet or cake pan with Pam (no-stick spray).

5Pour batter in the skillet/pan.

6Bake for 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and flip the bread onto your serving dish.
