  • 3/4 c. Martha White corn meal
  • 3/4 c. Martha White self-rising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. milk (homogenized)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add egg.

    Stir in the oil and milk mixture until it is thoroughly mixed.

    Spray the bottom of skillet or cake pan with Pam (no-stick spray).

    Pour batter in the skillet/pan.

    Bake for 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and flip the bread onto your serving dish.
