  • 2 c. cream-style corn (yellow or white corn)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Beat eggs thoroughly.

    Add mixed together flour and sugar. Add milk and beat.

    Add corn and melted butter.

    Pour into well-buttered casserole.

    Cook in 400° oven for 40 minutes.
