  • 4 large eggs or Egg Beaters
  • 2 2/3 c. scalded milk
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.

    Add scalded milk and pour into pastry lined tin.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake 10 minutes in a 450° oven, then 10 minutes in 425° oven until filling is set.
