- 4 large eggs or Egg Beaters
- 2 2/3 c. scalded milk
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.

2Add scalded milk and pour into pastry lined tin.

3Sprinkle with nutmeg.

4Bake 10 minutes in a 450° oven, then 10 minutes in 425° oven until filling is set.
