  • 9-inch frozen pie crust
  • 1 can tuna fish
  • 6 to 8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. each: chopped onion and mushrooms
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Puncture holes in crust before baking.

    Mix tuna, cheese, onion and mushrooms.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Beat eggs and milk. Pour on top.
