- 4 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Melt butter in heavy 2-quart saucepan; stir in milk and sugar. Bring to full, rolling boil, stirring constantly.

2Continue boiling over medium heat until mixture reaches 234° or soft ball stage, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

3Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until melted.

4Add Marshmallow Creme and nuts, stirring until well blended.

5Pour into well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Cool at room temperature.

7Cut into squares.

8(If fudge is too soft, chill.)

9Makes about 3 pounds.
