  • 4 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. dry yeast
  • approximately 10 c. flour

Directions

    Mix and let set approximately 5 minutes.

    Let rise.

    Make rolls and let rise again.

    Bake at 350° until brown.

    Will make two 9 x 13-inch pans of rolls.
