- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- flavoring of choice
Directions

1Mix cornstarch, sugar and water in a small saucepan.

2Cook until thick and clear (about 1 minute); stir while cooking.

3Beat egg whites until frothy; add salt and continue beating while slowly pouring cooled mixture over them.

4Add flavoring and continue to beat 5 minutes.

5Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
