  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe II orange supreme cake mix
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • pecan halves (if desired)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

    If desired, top each cookie with a pecan half.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden.

    Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute, then remove to rack to finish cooling.

    Makes approximately 4 to 5 dozen.
