- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine cornstarch, sugar and water; cook until thick and clear.

3Beat egg whites and vanilla until stiff. Continue beating while pouring cool mixture over whites.

4Beat 5 minutes longer.

5Spread on pie and bake at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes or to a golden brown.
