Never Fail Pie Crust

  • 1 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • about 1/2 c. or so water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Cut Crisco, salt and flour; add beaten egg, water and vinegar. Place on a floured board and work some.

    Makes 3 pie crusts or if you want to freeze this and make pie crusts later, form into 3 large balls, unthaw later and roll out on a floured board.
