- 2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted 3 times
- 3/4 c. soft shortening
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Add shortening to flour and blend with pastry blender or use 2 knives, cutting shortening into flour until particles are about the size of peas.

2Add salt, vinegar and milk.

3Mix well and chill one day (can be left in fridge longer).

4Allow dough to reach room temperature before using.
